Celebrity Big Brother: Ginuwine becomes the fifth star to leave the CBB house
Ginuwine has left Celebrity Big Brother after eviction by the public vote after the first whole-house nomination. In contrast to the previous nominations which were decided by one team of housemates, all of the housemates nominated in Tuesday’s live eviction. Speaking to Emma Willis immediately after their eviction, the ‘Pony’ singer discussed the struggle that came with nominating his fellow housemates. “Everyone likes each other. It’s very hard with people that you like and who have made a difference in your life,” he said. Much of Ginuwine’s time on the show focused heavily on the much-speculated relationship between him and reality star Ashley James. This relationship frequently referred to as a ‘showmance’ both in and outside of the house, has been off and on for the duration of the show. In his eviction interview, Ginuwine said that the relationship was a real connection rather than a tactical move on either of their parts. He said: “We really clicked, and in a place like that it’s foreign territory for and we clicked.” Ginuwine made headlines after rejecting India Willoughby, who was then branded a victim by other housemates.
