From a plot standpoint, this week’s episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is ridiculously simple: The kids have a vaguely (but not explicitly) Halloween-themed costume party that gets crashed by one of Rita’s monsters, leading to a case of mistaken identity on top of the usual monster-related hijinx.
